Refund policy
RETURNS or REFUNDS only on damaged fabric
We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
No refund once order/fabric has been processed/cut.
Colors may vary from phone screens to computer screens settings - We do our best to describe them and also add multiple photos for you to “view” the patterns and size before purchasing
To be eligible for a return, fabric must be in the same condition it was received, unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at monsarfabrics@gmail.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the fabric is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Fabric will not be refunded or replaced unless there is damage or the wrong print was shipped.
Exceptions / non-returnable items Fabric is not returnable or refundable once it has been cut and/or it has been shipped
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale or clearance items.

Refunds
Refunds are only available if the fabric you have received is damaged or the order has not yet been processed by our cutting team by the time a refund or cancelation is requested. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
